- Busy cooks love this truly amazing, reusable non stick lining fabric coated in PTFE (polyteraluoroethyiene) suitable for use in domestic ovens (gas, electric, oil and solid fuel). Do not place onto a direct flame.
- Supplied in sheet form, use it on baking trays, snip corners with scissors to fit any baking tin, place it on a solid surface for rolling out or buy ready-sized sheets to fit your requirement.
- After baking even the stickiest ingredients, simply wipe clean by hand using a little diluted washing up liquid, or put it in the dishwasher!
- Greasing is necessary only for fatless sponges, Swiss roll, sweet and savoury roulades. Well grease preferably with unsalted butter.
- Under no circumstances should a sharp instrument be used to inscribe the sheet.
- Trials on Lift Off have found that with regular domestic use the sheets are still in excellent condition after two years.
- Special microwave Lift Off is also available offering all the advantages of conventional oven use.
